Welcome to Laser-Marking.uk, we are a small CNC Machine shop based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

We use a Trotec Galvo laser to directly mark onto mild steels, stainless steels, high strength alloy steels, aluminium, anodised aluminium, some plastics, and some woods.

We laser mark our own components we manufacture, and we also laser mark any items our customers bring us. We can even laser mark your hand tools. Minimum order is £25, and we will laser mark any quantity from 1 to 50,000.

We laser mark items for customers from all over  the United Kingdom, and we are only a TNT delivery away.

The metals we can engrave and mark include:
Aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel, gold, nickel, tin, mild steel, silver, anodised coated metals and most plated metals like chrome and gold.

We can laser mark and Laser Engrave DIRECTLY onto most metal surfaces without any additional chemical additives.

Laser Marking uses the laser beam to heat up the base material to a certain temperature, when this temperature point has been achieved, the laser then moves past, leaving the material to cool down and leaving the colour changed material mark. Practically impossible to remove as it is heated material not an ink. Looks great on Stainless steel and mild steel prior to zinc plating.
